Privacy

Kyub is in a private beta. This page describes how Kyub handles your data today. A full privacy policy will replace it before Kyub opens to the public.

What we collect

• Account details you give us: your name, work email and company.
• Your work in Kyub: the plan sets, drawings and quotes you upload, and the takeoffs, material lists and estimates you build.
• Service logs: for each request, the time, your IP address and what was requested. We keep them for up to one year to run and secure the service.
• Early-access and Founding 10 requests on kyub.ai: your email, company and anything else you choose to tell us in the form, such as your role, company type, a typical project or the tool you estimate with today, so we can contact you about the pilot.

How we use it

We process your data only to provide and support Kyub for your company. We never sell it.

AI and your plans

• Plan detection runs on Kyub’s own models. Your plans train those models only if your company opts in.
• Kyub AI features run on Anthropic models, and they are off until your company turns them on.
• Your plans are never sent to any other AI provider.

Who else handles it

Kyub runs on a small set of service providers, such as hosting, storage and email. Each one is listed, with what it does, on the subprocessors page.

Security

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and every request is scoped to your company.

Deleting your data

During the beta, our team handles deletion requests. Email us and we will remove your company’s data, including stored files, and confirm when it is done.
